[Bug 1001287] [NEW] Account Settings window is bigger than window resolution

Public bug reported:

The Account Settings window is 834x836 when my desktop window is
1366x768. To make the settings window any larger than 768 (or not
naturally re-size to fit the screen) is a UX flaw.
