[Bug 1070299] [NEW] Firefox offers to save passwords when configured to not remember

Firefox 16.01

I have set firefox to not remember passwords (showed in attachment), but when login on any website, if offers to save passwords.
When use firefox in 12.04 with same version of firefox, it works well.
