[Bug 1220322] [NEW] Java script options removed without any reason

Public bug reported:

Firefox used to have an option to disable Java script entirely or
partially by prohibiting website from hijacking the right click context
menue. This useful and secure feature was was removed in Firefox 23,
lacking any motivation from the user's perspective. There are plug-ins
providing similar features, but their reliability and trustworthyness is
lower than that of Firefox itself. This matters, as the removed feature
is security related. The accumulated cost for the time wasted by all the
users who at first desperately look for the missing menue entry and
secondly have to find a workaround is immense.
