[Bug 424102] Re: Firefox Spellcheck language doesn't match locale

Using Firefox canonical -1.0 on Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS.

When filling in FORMS on web-pages, I must constantly RIGHT-CLICK, highlight LANGUAGES, and choose (in my case 
ENGLISH (United States)).

BUG: It appears that this choice is NOT preserved as a static preference
from one login to the next.
