Thunderbird stopped working properly a while ago.

It's OK when TB is starting and asking for master password.
The upper Unity bar is visible the Launcher is working properly (autohided / revealed).
Then the upper bar and Launcher cannot be access (it isn't there), the windows cannot be moved. If it's not fullsized, then the menu bar is still not seeable.
