[Bug 1411105] [NEW] Firefox 34.0 inspector not properly rendering

To reproduce: In Firefox, select Tools --> Web Developer --> Inspector
(or Style Editor or Web Console or etc.) I am using Ubuntu 15.04 and
Firefox 34.0 (currently the latest in Vivid's repos).

Only the top ~10% of the inspector panel renders. Refer to the following
