[Bug 1580168] Re: Tab descriptions are unreadable, black text on black background

This problem can be fixed by editing file

/usr/share/themes/oxygen-gtk/gtk-3.0/kdeglobals

and changing

BackgroundNormal=24,21,19

to

BackgroundNormal=255,255,255

The new tab description (tooltip?) background will be white.
