Incomplete.  The Lumia Icon cyan  and denim update debacle, the  lack
of new flagship  this fall  in  the US  (due  to Icon being a VZW
exclusive), the  ongoing  mess that is Xbox Music and Video,  another
year without  updates to  Office  on WP (despite Office for  iOS and
Android debuting  with  significant feature improvements), the
unrealized potential of  Universal Apps by the  vast majority  of devs,
and the continued absence of  key first party apps (Snapchat playing
the  Instagram card, and Instagram  still sucking  balls).

Incomplete. Repeat the year,  with mandatory remedial course  on
establishing  ecosystem control and delivering on a fixed,  consistent,
global product cycle (aka Apple 101).
