[Bug 1705869] [NEW] firefox needs --enable-default-toolkit=cairo-gtk to work with touchscreen devices.

Public bug reported:

mozilla has added touchscreen support for linux through the gtk3
toolkit, which all versions of Ubuntu do not include. Please add this to
the build config to enable it: --enable-default-toolkit=cairo-gtk3
