[Bug 1673596] [NEW] Displaying running state of FF until it quits completely

Public bug reported:

I have several windows with a lot of tabs open. When I quit FF, it takes
about 20s for completing, as I can see in `top`. Could you please
display the active status in the dock (i.e. to the display manager?), so
that I can shutdown my PC without having to open `top` and look for when
it's done every time?
