Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to
look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some
time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

Presumably this was a one time occurrence and the bug report can now be
closed? If we do not hear from you the bug report will close itself in
approximately two months time.
