[Bug 2091383] [NEW] Context-sensitive menu in the message composition window doesn't work

Public bug reported:

When replying to/composing a new message, most of the entries in the
context-sensitive menu on an address (To/Cc/Bcc) field don't work - Edit
Address/Delete/Cut/Copy/Move to Cc/Bcc do nothing. This is a recent
regression since a month ago or so.

Version 128.5.1esr running under 22.04.5 LTS.
