I remember you said you wanted to get some more hiking in before the weather shifts. I checked the park site and it says the path is clear all the way to the overlook. We should pack a lunch, maybe those sandwiches from the place you like. I can drive if that works for you. Let me know what time you want to head out. I was also looking at the community board and saw they’re doing a pottery class starting next month. Thought it might be fun to try something new. We could sign up together if you’re interested. It’s on Tuesday evenings. I need to find my good water bottle for the hike, I think it’s in the back of the cabinet. Do you have a backpack we can use for the food? We should also bring a blanket to sit on. I’ll check the weather again tomorrow to be sure. Let me know if you have any other ideas.

So for the project timeline, the first phase should focus on user research. We need to schedule interviews with at least five participants from the target group. I can draft the discussion guide by tomorrow afternoon. Can you handle recruiting? We should aim for a mix of experience levels. The second phase will be prototyping based on the feedback. I was thinking we could use the new design software for that, it has better collaboration features. We’ll need to block out time for a couple of review sessions with the stakeholders. Maybe we can set up a shared folder for all the assets. Also, don’t forget we have the team lunch next week, we need to confirm dietary restrictions. I’ll send a reminder email. Let me know if you want to walk through the research questions together first. I think the key is to keep the questions open-ended. We can meet briefly in the morning if you’re free. I’ll bring my notes.
