Costco Wholesale Membership Update
Yes, that plan still works for me, and I think the earlier start makes the day easier.
If you want, I can bring the blue folder and the printed notes so we do not have to sort everything at the table.
Also, for lunch, the cafe near the park has better seating than the place beside the library, so I would lean toward meeting there first and then walking over together.
I checked with the others, and they are fine with a shorter agenda as long as we keep the first topic focused and leave room for questions near the end.
If the room feels too crowded, we can move to the smaller side area since it is usually quieter in the afternoon.
I can also make a quick list of who is bringing what, because last time we forgot the pens, the charger, and the extra notepads, and it slowed things down more than expected.

I looked over your notes, and I agree that keeping the setup simple is probably the best approach.
For the morning portion, I would start with the checklist first, then move into the discussion once everyone has settled in and found their place.
You asked whether we need extra copies, and I think six should be enough unless two more people join at the last minute.
As for food, something easy to share makes more sense than individual orders, mostly because it keeps the break short and less distracting.
If you handle the seating chart, I can take care of the name cards and the small sign for the entrance table.
I also think your idea about leaving ten minutes at the end for open questions is smart, since people usually remember details after the main part is over.
Send me the final list when you can, and I will match it against what I already packed.
