Thanks for asking about Saturday.
I think meeting a little later would work better because I need the first part of the morning to finish a few things at home.
If noon suits you, I can head over after I wrap up and bring the notes you wanted to review.
The park suggestion sounds good, especially if the weather stays mild, but I am also fine with the café near the library if you would rather sit somewhere quieter.
I checked my calendar again and the afternoon is still open, so there is plenty of room if the conversation runs long.
For the project list, I would start with the signage, then the seating chart, then the volunteer schedule because that seems easiest to sort together.
If Maya joins us, ask her to bring the printed draft since she always catches formatting details I miss.
Also, thank you for offering to handle the name tags. That saves a lot of back and forth and keeps things simpler for everyone involved.

Thanks for taking a moment to review this announcement.
Yes, Tuesday still works for me.
I looked over the draft agenda and I think the first section should stay short so we have more room for discussion later.
If you want, send me the revised outline before lunch and I can add a few notes in the margins.
I also checked with Daniel about the room setup, and he said the larger table should be available as long as we finish by late afternoon.
For refreshments, I would keep it simple with tea, fruit, and a few baked items so cleanup is easier afterward.
You asked whether we should print extra copies, and I think a few spare sets would help since someone always arrives without the latest version.
I can bring pens and folders, and I still have those plain name cards from the last workshop.
If anything shifts with timing, message me in the morning and I can adjust. Otherwise I will plan to arrive about fifteen minutes early so we can settle in before everyone else gets there.
