I looked over the plan again and think the simpler route is probably better.
If we keep the agenda focused on the main items first, we can use the remaining time for anything that comes up naturally.
I also think it would help if everyone sends their notes in one message beforehand so nothing gets missed.
As for food, something easy to share makes sense, especially if people are arriving at different times.
I am flexible on the final timing, so if the morning becomes easier, I can adjust and still be ready with everything we discussed.
