Yes, that timing works well for me.
I can meet earlier in the afternoon if that makes planning easier, and I can bring the printed notes so we have everything in one place.
If you want, send me the revised outline before lunch and I will look through it carefully.
I think the main thing is to keep the agenda simple, because the group usually responds better when the steps are clearly listed and not packed too tightly.
For the room setup, a circle of chairs would be better than rows, since people tend to speak more comfortably that way.
I also think we should leave a little space near the window for materials and name cards.
If Maya is joining, ask whether she prefers to handle introductions or the recap at the end.
I can take either part, so I am flexible there.
Also, please remind Jordan that the side entrance sticks sometimes, and it helps to pull the door before turning the handle.
Once you confirm the time, I will adjust my afternoon schedule.

Your Omaha Steaks sampler announcement
A gourmet steak sampler may be available to recipients of this email, with program details outlined below.
See what’s included
Omaha Steaks is making 500 gourmet boxes available, each normally priced over $600 and provided at no charge to recipients. If you receive this email, the sample box is reserved for your household, and no payment is required for the sampler. Please note that one sampler is permitted per household, and this offer ends Tomorrow.
Each cut is hand-selected and flash-frozen to help preserve flavor and quality from packing through delivery preparation. Quantities are determined by program allocation, so household eligibility is limited to a single box.
Inside Your Box
6 Top Sirloins
4 Ribeyes
4 New York Strips
4 Filet Mignons
Thanks for taking a moment to review this offer.
I looked over the notes you sent, and I think the second plan is the better one.
Starting with a short check-in will help everyone settle before the longer discussion begins.
You asked whether we should bring extra materials, and I think a few blank sheets and two dark pens should be enough.
There is no need to overpack because the table space in that room is fairly small.
If you are still unsure about the seating, I would place the quieter people near the center so they are not pushed to the edge of the conversation.
I can arrive a little early to help straighten the room and test the speakers.
Also, if the weather changes, we can move the break indoors and use the side hall instead.
Let me know if you want me to draft a shorter version of the agenda for the printed handout.
I can send it over before breakfast, and you can mark any changes you want.
