Thanks for asking about next week, and yes, Wednesday still works well for me.

If the room near the window is open, that would be easiest because the table is larger and people can spread out their notes.

I checked with Dana this morning, and she said the printed handouts are almost done, but she wants one more pass for spelling before sending them over.

For the agenda, I think it makes sense to start with the short update, then leave the middle section open for questions so nobody feels rushed later.

If you want, I can arrive a little early to help arrange chairs and test the speaker volume.

Also, Sam mentioned he may join for the second half, depending on how long his other meeting runs.

Let me know whether you want tea, water, or just a simple setup on the side table.

I am fine either way and can bring notepads if that would help everyone stay organized.

That sounds fine to me, and I think a shorter plan is better because everyone has been juggling a lot lately.

If the main goal is to keep things moving, I would send the outline first and keep the discussion points simple.

Mira asked whether we should bring materials for the whole group or wait until we know the final count, and I told her a small extra stack would probably be useful.

I can handle the sign-in sheet if you want to focus on the welcome and opening notes.

Also, I remembered your question about timing for breaks, and I would leave a little room after the first segment so people can stretch and reset.

Jon said he can stay later to help tidy the room, which should make the end of the day easier.

If anything shifts tomorrow morning, send me a quick note and I will adjust my schedule without any trouble.

Otherwise, I think we are in good shape and the plan already feels clear and manageable.
