Yes, Tuesday still works well for me, and the earlier start would actually help because I need to step away later in the afternoon.

For the room setup, I think a smaller table near the window makes more sense than moving everything around. That side gets better light, and it will be easier for everyone to see the notes without leaning across each other.

About the snacks, I would keep it simple with fruit, crackers, and tea since people tend to graze instead of sitting down all at once. If you want, I can also bring the extra plates from my cabinet because they stack neatly and do not take up much space.

As for the agenda, I would start with the planning items first, then leave the schedule discussion for the second half so people can settle in before making decisions. Let me know if you want me to draft a short outline before Monday.

Roadside support information for drivers in participating local areas

You qualify for a AAA Courtesy Roadside Kit

Because you live in a participating service area, you may review a roadside support kit provided at no charge to eligible residents. This locality-backed availability is based on where you live, and no payment is required for eligible recipients.

Review your AAA courtesy kit

This notice is intended for licensed drivers in eligible residential areas. The courtesy bundle is part of a regional support program and is covered by the program for residents in your area. If you complete the brief review step, you can see the current kit details and confirm your eligibility status.

What the courtesy roadside kit may include

Reflective safety vest

Battery support guide card

Emergency contact information sheet

Pair of roadside warning markers

Compact first-aid basics pack

Work gloves

LED flashlight

Tire pressure gauge

Window safety tool

Phone charging cable

Notepad with incident details section

Poncho for roadside weather coverage

Kit contents may vary slightly by service area, but the purpose remains the same: practical support for common roadside situations. Eligible recipients will not be billed for the kit under this resident program.

Availability note: program quantities are allocated by area and may change as local participation is processed.

Thank you for taking a moment to review the resident eligibility details.

I checked the recipe notes you asked about, and I think the soup turned out thicker mainly because the lid stayed on too long near the end.

If you want a lighter texture next time, keep it uncovered for the last fifteen minutes and stir a little more often. The herbs can go in later as well, especially the dill, since it keeps the flavor fresher and less earthy. For the vegetables, I would cut the carrots a bit smaller than the potatoes so everything softens at the same pace.

Regarding Sunday, I can come by after lunch and help prep the cutting board, bowls, and serving tray before everyone arrives. If the weather stays cool, we should probably use the back room instead of the porch because the chairs are sturdier and there is better light over the table.

Also, please remind me which plates you wanted, because I have the blue set and the plain white set ready to wash.
