If that changes, Thursday afternoon could work just as well because the room is usually quieter then.
For food, something simple is probably easier, maybe sandwiches, fruit, and tea so nobody has to wait around.
I can bring the printed notes and double check the address before leaving.
If you want, send me the final headcount in the morning and I will adjust the seating plan so it feels more comfortable for the group.

Because you stayed at a Marriot Hotel or a Marriot partnered hotel within the past year, you may receive one 2-pillow luxury cooling set per household. The 2-pillow set is provided at no charge, and after the brief questionnaire is completed, you can also claim a 2-night stay at select locations at no charge. Once that step is submitted, the associated 2-night stay at select locations can also be claimed through the same process.

Your note about Saturday was helpful, and I think that plan fits better than trying to move everything earlier.
The train gets in around noon, so meeting closer to one would leave enough room for delays.
I can handle the supplies list, and I already wrote down the items that were mentioned before, including paper folders and labels.
As for parking, the side street usually has open spaces if the main lot is full.
Send me the building entry instructions whenever you can, and I will share them with the others so everyone arrives smoothly.
