Assigning Bugs to -bugs.

Howdy guys,

Strangely the situation hasn't cleared up just yet, as we are still 
assigning bugs to the Mozilla Team all members are still getting serious 
traffic I think. I would say to start assigning bugs to the Mozilla-Bugs 
Team as this will then send all emails to the list instead of out to all 
the members.

I am still receiving 100 emails a day I am not involved in at all, it's 
nice to have them, but I would prefer them not to be there as I simply 
don't read them.
