assigning mozillateam to mozilla-bugs

Well, in fact I'm not receiving any karma at all, on the opposite my
karma is being reduced each day in the last two weeks or so (Not sure if
that is a penalty for that tagging work :P )

I don't care at all. But is a little frustrating to see how it's getting
low day by day despite I try to upload a couple of retrace crashes each
day during that rare moment of my day called free time :/
