was battery capacity properly detect in Feisty?

i have seen similar issues with a BenQ notebook (no fix), an Acer Aspire
3003 and Toshiba Satellite 2430 (fixed after loading a better DSDT)

http://acpi.sourceforge.net/dsdt/view.php

try looking for a DSDT that closely fits the nx9010.

what you need is a DSDT.aml file copied into /etc/initramfs-tools/ and
then run "sudo update-initramfs -u"

reboot and see if the DSDT.aml file loads and the battery capacity is
detected.
