[ubuntu-my] How do i burn my 9.04 download to disk pls?

U ppl r so knowledgeable. Btw, i need another favor, i need to know how to
default playing music to VLC because everytime i play a song it alway run
Movie Player and i did try the "Open With>Play with Other Application" and
it work only for that particular song. Other song will revert back to Movie
Player.
