the bandwidth limit has nothing to do with youtube streaming etc. They limit
it before the customer actually go to youtube or streaming etc. wtf...

it's not the dropping of bandwidth... it is the bandwidth limit due to their
limited resource... malu je nak kata ada Super Corridor dan Cyberjaya.
