[ubuntu-my] Bandwidth Test for MY is way far lower than other country

cyber is the one that 'berjaya' not malaysia itself..hehe.. TM claimed they
want to upgrade to HSBB (high speed broadband) and will be finish at the end
of 2010.. so we gonna wait for another boom package from TM?
