OK guys... regarding Jaunty Release Party, we have already booked a hall at
Manhattan V, 14th Floor, Berjaya Time Square Hotel & Convention Centre. I
will address it as BTS (Berjaya Time Square).

OK, more information about event tomorrow. At 9:00am in the morning, we are
opening a Hackaton and Install Fest event for ubuntu-my which is FREE and
open for all. Just come and bring along your friends and family. the event
is from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Continue at 8:00pm, the Jaunty Release Party started. This party is also
FREE and open for all. You can come and bring along your friends and family.
We have big hall there!!

During the party, we are having karaoke session. So, please bring along your
karaoke CD and enjoy the FREE party.

The issue about Hall cost have been resolved which should cost us around
RM2K but we managed to deal with them and the event organizer where we only
use all balance from RM50 community t-shirt to pay for it. Sorry, I don't
know the exact amount. Thanks to all t-shirt buyers, you are our sponsor for
the hall. And thanks to the team who make this possible.

Another issue is about Food & Beverages during the party. We are short of
money and currently we have no sponsors. I'm hoping that everyone who care
about this party would kindly donate some money at your own will. Any amount
will do. Currently, we have collected few hundreds from ubuntu-my community
team here at BTS but that isn't enough.

You can contact itiknila (wanfahmi) or e-jat or gunbladeiv for instruction
to pay the donation. Either bank in or simply pay in cash to e-jat before
the Party (8:00pm) at BTS.
