[ubuntu-my] Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Release

A lot local mirrors already overload, including those country's mirror that
near to us.
Everyone is rushing to download and do dist-upgrade, causing these servers
overload and slow down the download speed.

I suggest some of you that is not upgrading for the server edition ones to
wait a few more days only download, so that can avoid congestion and able to
get higher speed.
