Just short reply on ROS.
Association needs "statutes" stating the goal, who membership, who the
board (issues personal liability? (decharge the treasuser)), its
authorization and how to be elected, annual meeting with election of
board, revenues of association (mostly membership-fees and sponsoring)
and last but not least "home-rules" to be "followed".
Sure...kind of dull legal stuff but it has to (that is part of the "game")
As I remembered one guy within the community would take further action
on this; but learned nothing through this channel.
Guys up to you what you want.
