for lirc i just change number of lirc startup-script to S91lirc and
first problem is gone away, but with next package update it will be
return...

but the main problem - is activate IR on livedrive, also after full
system load with all alsa modules and lirc started i can't do it by echo
-e '\360\000\040\041\141\000\000\000\177\000\367' > /dev/snd/midiC0D1

few or no few people use such configuration - isn't a question, question
is - why it not working in ubuntu, but working in other distros and how
to make it working in ubuntu.
