[ubuntu-mythtv] [Bug 134580] MythTV UVFe For 0.20.2 release

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mythtv

MythTV tagged a 0.20.2 release last night that will prevent major
regressions on September 1st.  All North American users of the Zap2It
guide data service will have an interruption of service Sept 1st since
their service has been canceled.  Developers have migrated MythTV over
to a new service, Schedules Direct, www.schedulesdirect.org for users to
use.  Unfortunately, this new services requires code changes to MythTV.

All of these changes have been culminated in a tagged release.
