[ubuntu-mythtv] Ubuntu/Mythbuntu specific kernel command line params

Scott,

The important part about using an extracted CD is that the .disk directory
needs to come from the extracted CD too.  It *must* match the initramfs that
came with the CD.

Along the same lines, we are considering some merchandise with preloaded ISO
images that can be installed from just like this for 8.10 :)
