One other question I forgot to ask:

While you can find them by themselves, for the most part the ATI
Digital cable tuner units come with pre-packaged HTPC's.  Those media
PC's that are set up for the ATI unit come with some sort of
certificate number or something - I assume similar to the Windows
license sticker that is on nearly every pre-packaged PC sold.  Is that
required for this, or will the cable tech activate this on any PC,
even if you do not have that certificate?
