[ubuntu-mythtv] Upgrade to 0.25 / recorded program sync problem

Thanks for the suggestion Jason.

libavcodec-extra-53 is already installed. :(

(FWIW, Lucid has libavcodec-extra-52, but I'm guessing that's as it 
should be)
