[ubuntu-mythtv] Packaging Updates

Hello all,

@Mario, I got some more packaging updates in my branch, see [1].

Aside from the update to clean files, there is one change that will
support the different compile types. It's a variable that can be set
whenever a release type build is desired, and bypassed completely in
case the 'nostrip' or 'noopt' options are passed to DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS.

BTW, should I submit trac tickets and/or PRs for each new packaging
update, or should I instead send emails to this list?
