[ubuntu-mythtv] Patches for Mythbuntu theme 25.24

I've just committed these to 25.25 and 26.9, which should be available
in the next few hours. I've commented out the videobackground.png file
as I don't really like it (it's static, and I'm not really for
replacing one static image with another. It also doesn't fill my
screen, so looks kinda janky). I'm also not 100% sold on the sliding
panes, as it doesn't appear to have everything slide into place (for
instance, on the schedule guide, the backgrounds slide into place but
the actual show content doesn't slide anywhere so that looks odd).
