Try pressing "Reply to all" and edit the 
"To/CC/Bcc:" field respectively. The sender is the 
ubuntu mailman 
(ubuntu-np-bounces at lists.ubuntu.com) which does 
the job going through each email subscribed in 
ubuntu-np mailing list and sending them the 
required message from the original sender. As 
suraj said, all email that are intended for 
ubuntu-np mailing list should be sent to 
"ubuntu-np at lists.ubuntu.com" which sends the msg 
to all the subscriber of ubuntu-np.
