Hmmm. 100% were being classed as spam by your mailer because I was
putting X-Spam-Flag: YES on everything :(

I've fixed it.  Thanks to Steven and Matt for pointing it out - I
mention to the list in case anyone else was accounting for my sillyness
- it wasn't your fault!
