Even Saturday is pushing it, previous releases have not been announced
until "the last hour of the last timezone" making them available here
well into the second day after the official release date. To have a
release party on the 29th is great, but your party will be over and
done before the official 'release' is announced.

Although if you plan to install anything I've always found they stop
doing daily builds a day or two beforehand and the last one has always
been MD5-identical to the announced release, so go ahead and install
that. It'll probably be the same thing or near enough.
