[ubuntu-nz] Ubuntu NZ maintainers

I've asked this elsewhere before, but still not entirely sure what the 
situation is.
I'd just like to know who the stewards are for Ubuntu's trademarks (& 
other IP) in NZ?

Personally I have no issue with derivative works, but it seems this 
institution made very little to no effort to design their own logo's, 
but instead simply appropriated those of Ubuntu, Debian & possibly even 
SuSE as their own.

In light of the recent Koha-debacle, can anyone please confirm whether 
or not this is something that needs to be addressed with IPONZ, or by 
Canonical?
