    Add 'lxd' to the list of recognized hypervisors
    
    Currently its not possible to set the hypervisor_type on a
    glance image to 'lxd' to ensure it gets targetted to the
    right type of hypervisors as 'lxd' is not a recognised
    hypervisor type.

Bug description:
  I'm trying to boot glance images which have the hypervisor_type
  property set on them to 'lxd' to target specific hypervisors within a
  mixed hypervisor cloud; instance boot fails with:

  nova does some based filtering of hypervisor types - lxd is not in the
  recognized list.
