The armhf packages in Kilo and Juno cloud archives are leftover from
older cloud-archive releases;  armhf is not supported on Cloud Archive
pockets for Ubuntu 14.04.

Bug description:
  Some packages are not/no longer build for armhf while others are.
  Therefore I guess armhf is still supported, please correct me if I'm
  wrong. So far I only found python-cryptography and
  python3-cryptograpyh (as they keep me from installing keystone)

  So far I checked for kilo and juno.
