Title:
python-keystonemiddleware fails to fetch new token when admin token
  expires

Status in ubuntu-cloud-archive:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
v1.0.0 of keystonemiddleware is affected by this issue: https://bugs.launchpad.net/keystonemiddleware/+bug/1460833
It causes any API call to return 401 Unauthorized until the service is restarted.

This bug is fixed in the next release, 1.1.0. I've tested the
stable/juno branch (v1.3.2) but sadly it doesn't appear to work with
the latest version of nova available from your repos. I've also tested
v1.1.1 which seems to work fine so I've been using it since
  discovering this issue.
