Bug description:
  Found this in OpenStack Havana packages from cloud-archive however the
  cause of the problem lis libvirt.  Libvirt cannot correctly parse a
  hostname if it starts with a digit.

  In OpenStack when attempting to live-migrate an instance you get the
  following error:

  [instance: d43155e6-98f8-4591-9b93-82cd4cd5a976] Live Migration
  failure: internal error: unable to execute QEMU command 'drive-
  mirror': error parsing IPv4 address '1234-hostname.com:5906'
