  Include upstream example configuration files

Status in nova package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  The nova packages include minimal configuration files that often cause
  confusion due to missing sections/options and also include some
  defunct options (e.g., enabling the defunct built-in EC2 API). Please
  include stock upstream example configuration files for each release.
