Bug description:
  I've noticed that on the PPA there's python-glanceclient 0.14.0. This
  version has critical bug breaking backward compatibility:
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-glanceclient/+bug/1367326. 0.14.1
  version has fix for the issue and I think this one should be shipped
  in the Cloud Archive.
