Looks like we need a manila-share package with an associated init
configuration

  It is not possible to execute the command "service manila-share
  start/stop/restart" because the init script is missing.

  Repository: Openstack liberty
  Distros: ubuntu 14.04.3 and ubuntu 15.10.
