Bug description:
  "Gnocchi is the project name of a TDBaaS (Time Series Database as a
  Service) project started under the Ceilometer program umbrella."

  It can be used  as a backend for Ceilometer to store metrics.

  It would be great to have packages in Ubuntu, like other distros (RDO
  for example) already provide it.
