I've synced lxc and cgmanager to cloud-tools -updates pocket.
The mailing list posts are at https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/cloud-tools-changes/2016-January/thread.html .
The archive at http://ubuntu-cloud.archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/dists/precise-updates/cloud-tools/ should be sync'd by automation in a few hours or so.

Please re-open the bug and even ping me in IRC if that is not the case.

  I am seeing containers failing to start on number of deployments.

  This is parameters from one failed pipelines:
