Martin,
Horizon was a bit confusing because the version uploaded for this bug
failed testing in proposed. We should have included this bug number
(LP: #1591248) in the fixed version's changelog and that would have
avoided the confusion.
But we still need to track SRUs in both ways: point release SRUs for
multiple packages and individual package SRUs for actual failures hit by
users. So I don't see how we could just do one or the other.
